Ferry Ride and Helsinki

On our "cruise" ship.

Good bye Stockholm.  We are super sad to leave you behind.

Dalton and I got up and went out on deck to watch the sunrise.  It was SO cold and it took FOREVER!  But, it finally came up and it was worth the wait and the cold!

 Hospital

Ethan refused to let me take his picture so, I took one of this guy so we could document what a cute outfit they get to wear.

This is the plate that held Ethan's clavicle in place for the last 6 months.

Nils Peter Holmgren 1810-1857

This is the gravestone of my great great grandpa and grandma Holmgren.  I was beyond thrilled to have been able to find this and visit.  I am so in love with Stockholm!  I wished the entire time I was there that my siblings and parents could have been there with me!  One day!

They are buried under this big chestnut tree

Vasa Ship
In 1628 (ish) this ship was made for war.  On its maiden voyage meant to show off to the towns people, it sunk within a few minutes, due to its poor design (top heavy).  It sat at the bottom of the bay until 1961.
